December 2009 Goal Wrap Up

Goal 1: Log at least 15 hours of exercise - Only got 6 hours and 7 minutes in. Pretty sad

Goal 2: Weigh 147 pounds (i.e. lose 5 pounds) - Not anywhere near successful. Still maintaining, though.

Goal 3: Do Body Test every Monday and last day of the month - Did for the most part. Missed one Monday and did on Tuesday instead of Monday.
