Goal 1: Log at least 15 hours of exercise - I did 16 hours this month. Mostly playing basketball and exercise bike. Also, some hitting tennis balls off the motor home garage and bowing. Just a little Wii exergaming. I am proud of myself doing something 27 days of the month, although all 4 days missed were in the second half of the month.
Goal 2: Weigh 150 pounds (i.e. lose 3 pounds) - I only lost 1 pound.
Goal 3: Do Body Test every Monday and last day of the month - Successfully did this
