Today I got my exergaming in by playing Gold's Gym Cardio Workout.
Below is a breakdown of my exergaming today.
Prepared Workout - Hardcore:
Warm Up Left and Right Step Combo - 7 minutes
Triple Combo - 13 minutes
Sandbag - 0 minutes (goes so fast does not even take 1 minute to finish off 10 sandbags, wish it was like the Wii Sports one and you keep going until time runs out)
